How to Make Mexican Chorizo: A tutorial that shows you how to turn ground pork into chorizo with some fairly common spices.
Slow Cooker Shredded Barbecue Chicken: A very simple and delicious recipe with only 2 ingredients, cooked in a slow cooker. Great for parties, gameday, or weeknight dinners.

Parmesan and Garlic Roasted Broccoli: A deliciously simple vegetable side of roasted broccoli flavored with parmesan, garlic and a dash of lemon juice.
Coconut Rice Pudding: Leftover rice and coconut milk combine to make a creamy, delicious, and vegan breakfast or dessert.

Sauteed Kale: Warm kale sauteed until tender and flavored with onions, garlic, and balsamic vinegar.
