I love getting comments. The past few months my posts have started getting comments. I love it. This month every post received a few comments at least (some more). It is very gratifying to know that there are people reading (or even just skimming) my work. I try to reply to every comment because it really means a lot to me.
My Best of June:
Whole wheat pancakes topped with sweet bananas in syrup. 218 views and 61 +1s. This was accepted to TasteSpotting and Foodgawker.
A 3 ingredient salad of carrots, cucumbers and lemon juice. So simple yet so tasty. 206 Views and 63 +1s.
Stuffed peppers, unstuffed, and made into a casserole. 191 views and 27 +1s.
A simple salad made with pigeon peas and crunchy vegetables tossed in a lemon dressing. Makes a great side dish or light lunch. 169 views and 27 +1s.
A traditional beef and broccoli stir fry with added color, texture, flavor, and vitamin C of bell peppers. 163 views and 21 +1s.
